JCB Urban is a long-time advocate and provider of workforce and affordable housing in the greater Charlotte region. We believe in building affordable homes that complement existing communities, without displacing people in the process. Of the 300 homes sold since inception, over 100 were deed restricted to be affordable to buyers making less than 80% of AMI.
